Booking and inquiry information
When you reach out through our contact form, we collect the information you provide — your name, email, phone number, wedding or event details, and any message you send us. This is handled through Dubsado, our client management platform, which processes and stores this information on our behalf so we can respond to your inquiry and manage your booking if you become a client.
Website usage data
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP address, not precise), device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site. This helps us understand what content is useful to visitors. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this; see Google’s own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy for how Google handles this data.
Photographs
As a photography business, we host client and portfolio image galleries. If you upload or send us images, be aware that image files can contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS); we do not intentionally publish this metadata, but we recommend being mindful of it if you share images elsewhere.
Cookies
Beyond Google Analytics’ cookies (above), our website may set a small number of technical cookies needed for the site to function correctly (for example, remembering site preferences). We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

We retain booking and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our business and legal obligations (including contracts and tax records). Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@loveandstorycollective.com. We’ll respond as quickly as we reasonably can, though some information may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons (for example, active contracts).
Children’s privacy
Our services are directed at adults planning weddings and events; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
